ANNUAL LADIES FELLOWSHIP RETREAT 2020

Download the 2019 registration form. Carefully read all the information provided. Fill out the form and return it with your full payment registration fee* of $75.00 CAD, (this fee also includes a lunch). 

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS:

SEPTEMBER 15TH 2019 : Although it will be very helpful to receive your registration as early as possible, thank you.

You can email your money transfer of your registration fee. Send to: LFRetreat@gmail.com (Send your security question as: Where will the ALFR 2019 be held? Create the password as; cornwall (no capitals). Once money transfer has been sent please send us your registration form information to the same email mentioned above.

*SPECIAL NOTES: 

Unlike our past retreats, this year`s one day event does not include hotel stay.

Your registration fee of $75 covers your day access to the conference and it includes one lunch meal. What else does it cover? Speaker fees and conference room rental.

As many of you know, this is a non-profit retreat and organized together by volunteers, we carry no extra funds and our volunteers cover costs in advance and get reimbursed after we receive all registration fees. Therefore we are counting on each registration attendance to meet the retreat costs and hope that you will understand that once we receive payment we cannot reimburse.
